  • Account information: email, name, password (hashed), company name, address, phone
  • Shipping data: shipment details, carrier info, tracking numbers, addresses, weights, dimensions
  • QuickBooks data: When you connect QuickBooks, we access customer names, addresses, company info, and create invoices/sales receipts. We do not access SSNs, EINs, or tax identification numbers.
  • Usage data: how you use the Service, IP address, browser type
  • Support and communications: messages you send us

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the Service: create shipments, quotes, labels, tracking, and QuickBooks invoices
  • To manage your account and authenticate you
  • To communicate with you about the Service
  • To improve the Service and fix issues
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only as necessary to provide the Service:

  • Carriers and shipping partners (iShip, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for shipping
  • QuickBooks/Intuit when you connect your account
  • Cloud providers that host our Service (e.g., Vercel, database providers)
  • With your consent or as required by law

5. QuickBooks Integration

When you connect QuickBooks Online:

  • We access customer, company, and transaction data to create invoices or sales receipts for shipments
  • We do not access SSNs, EINs, or other personally identifiable tax information
  • Data is used only to provide the Service
  • You can disconnect at any time through QuickBooks or our Settings
  • Intuit's Data Sharing Policy and Privacy Statement also apply to QuickBooks data

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain data for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes after account closure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; export your data; opt out of certain data uses; or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us to exercise these rights.
