  • Shipping data: shipment details, carrier info, tracking numbers, addresses, weights, dimensions
  • Billing data: When you use Stripe billing, we share customer names, addresses, company info, and invoice details with Stripe to create invoices and process payments. We do not access SSNs, EINs, or tax identification numbers.
  • Usage data: how you use the Service, IP address, browser type
  • Support and communications: messages you send us

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the Service: create shipments, quotes, labels, tracking, invoices, and process payments
  • To manage your account and authenticate you
  • To communicate with you about the Service
  • To improve the Service and fix issues

We share data only as necessary to provide the Service:

  • Carriers and shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for shipping
  • Stripe when you use billing and payment features
  • Cloud providers that host our Service (e.g., Vercel, database providers)

5. Stripe Billing Integration

When you use Stripe billing:

  • We share customer, company, and invoice data with Stripe to create invoices and process payments for shipments
  • We do not access SSNs, EINs, or other personally identifiable tax information
  • Data is used only to provide the Service
  • You can disconnect at any time through Stripe or our Settings
  • Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service also apply to Stripe billing data

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain data for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes after account closure.
